Coach: Brad Luck

 Brad Luck was a founding member of the Essex Rugby Football Club in 1998. He played for two years for coach Tom Bochanski at Essex High School. After high school, Brad attended Wake Forest University in North Carolina where he received a bachelor's in business and political science. He played rugby for four years, serving as captain/coach his junior and senior year. His senior year at Wake the team went undefeated in North Carolina Division III and advanced to the South Final Four. After graduation, Brad returned to coach at Essex, serving as assistant coach to Kevin O'Brien for two seasons, before becoming head coach in 2006.

 Certified as a Level One USA Rugby Coach, Amanda is heading into her 10th year as head coach of the Essex Women. After learning the game and playing at UVM for 3 years, an injury sidelined her and allowed her the opportunity to begin the girls program at the high school. The program continues to grow and is currently one of the strongest programs in the state. Amanda is excited about their shot at Nationals this season and hopes to be traveling to Pennsylvania at the end of May.
